Super friendly service and a great value. I had some friends staying 2 doors down at another motel. They paid about 4 times what I paid. It's right next to the convention hall or whatever it's called, so I guess this would be a great place to stay with events happening in OC. I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay and expected the room to be in poor shape, but it was not. The thing that would get me going back is the friendly customer service. You just don't see that anymore in a lot of places.

Great, great weekend stay. Very clean & no issues whatsoever. Worth booking for just a little more money than the cheaper, nasty ones on/right next to the boardwalk. The gentleman at the front desk was also sublime. 10/10 stay would come again no doubt. Still very close to the boardwalk 5 minute drive.

Loved our stay! It's a cute hotel! The rooms were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were very comfy and the channels on the TV were nice! The location was great - near lots of shopping and only a couple minute walk from the beach! We will definitely be visiting again! Can't wait til next time!

We came in on September 3rd for 2 nights. First time at this Motel. The gentleman that greeted us was very professional and accommodating. We arrived early and he said that by the time we finished breakfast, our room would be ready. It was, and we checked in. The Motel itself has a clean and modern appearance, reminiscent of those boutique hotels in Brooklyn NY. Located next to the convention center, by the bay. Excellent views. The pool was very clean as well. Our room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need in a hotel room. Very pleasant room staff as well. Overall this Motel is better than some Hotels that we have stayed in OC and definitely cleaner , more modern than most motels in OC. We’ve tried a few. We will come back to this HOTEL.

The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile every time I saw him. I would like to thank him for that. He made it worth going back. A typical beach motel. For the price, one can't beat it. It more than adequately served it's purpose. It is a close walk to the beach. It was a little dated, but that did not hinder our experience. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay. Would recommend it to others

Awesome for me and my husband, who needed it for a quick and relatively cheap “crash pad” after a work party in town. Comfortable and very clean. The rooms are spacious and accommodating- our king size room had a desk, microwave, fridge, and TV. WiFi was excellent and it was pretty quiet (though we were staying in May before the main rush of beachgoers). Will absolutely be looking this place up again!
